Portfolio Description
When it comes to Australian wine, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay dominate the landscape. The G in GSM – grenache – can pack just as much punch on the palette, but its role as a single varietal wine hasn’t had the same air time. Once playing just the supporting role for shiraz and Mourvèdre, Grenache is finally stepping out of the shadows and having its moment in the spotlight.
